The Kennebec County Commissioners have reopened the ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act) application process for Addiction Recovery Programs (only) to those organizations whose mission it is to reduce substance use, help individuals overcome the challenges and conditions of one’s substance use disorder by enabling them to make informed and healthy choices that support personal wellness.

The opportunity for submission will be now through October 28th, 4:00pm, at which time no further applications will be accepted.
